London's largest trampoline park, Flip Out London E6, has announced a raft of new Flip Fit classes for 2018 which can help to burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour.
Flip Fit trampoline workouts are great for boosting the metabolism and raising the heart rate quickly, allowing flippers to make the most of their workout in a short period of time whilst having fun.
James Blewitt, general manager at Flip Out E6, said:
“Flip Fit classes are the perfect way to help boost energy, tone, strengthen and get the year off to a healthier start.
“What makes it so great is the exercise is for all abilities so the whole family can get fit together with workouts that are an enjoyable way to burn fat and lose weight.
“Increase your flexibility and balance with unique exercises blending elements of trampolining, free-running and gymnastics, all led by a trained instructor in a safe, friendly environment.
“Plus, don’t miss the chance to be the winner of our Golden Ticket. Everyone enjoying a session at Flip Out E6 across the last weekend of the month (January 27-28) will be entered into a prize draw, with one lucky person winning a year’s worth of free bouncing.”
To further tempt Londoners into kick-starting their health aspirations for 2018, the East London leisure destination is introducing a new loyalty card scheme to reduce the cost of achieving new year health and fitness goals.
The new Flip Fit classes take place Saturdays and Sundays from 10-11am and Mondays 7-8pm, priced £5.95 per session.
"Flip Fit classes are the perfect way to help boost energy, tone, strengthen and get the year off to a healthier start. The exercise is for all abilities so the whole family can get fit together."
James Blewitt, Flip Out general manager
