16th December 2019 - Global talent management consultancy Ignata Group is stepping up its long-term expansion plans with a new office opening in Geneva, Switzerland to support its existing European bases in the German cities of Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin.
While the office is based in the centre of Geneva, Ignata SARL’s State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) licence covers all of Switzerland, including Zurich. Ignata will be providing recruitment services to clients across the region including strategy, consultancy and data solutions to build on its well-established client base. The Swiss operations will be headed up by a team of specialists working in a variety of sectors including actuarial & investments, international fashion and life sciences.
Peter Knowles, Director at Ignata A&I said: “Ignata SARL is an important step forward in our drive to internationalise the business and extend our offering to a global client base. Our ability to source freelance professional-services talent from across Europe is proving hugely appealing for a rapidly growing number of Swiss clients, and we are delighted to be forging closer partnerships with them. Being awarded a SECO licence also gives us a wider reach and allows Ignata to embed in the Swiss marketplace.”
Alongside its growing number of locations in Europe, the Ignata Group is now looking to the United States for its next global site, with its first US branch likely to open within the next 12 months.
One of the top 150 agencies in the UK, Ignata Group has earned a reputation for its above-and-beyond approach. The company has a diverse family of sector-leading recruitment brands including actuarial and investment, FMCG, life sciences and fashion.
"Ignata SARL is an important step forward in our drive to internationalise the business and extend our offering to a global client base. "
